Rotimatic is optimized for various brands of whole wheat atta. We provide a list of recommended flour brands in our mobile app to ensure you get the best puff and texture for every roti.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for processing. Shipping times vary by region, but most customers receive their Rotimatic within 7 to 10 business days.
Is the Rotimatic easy to clean?
Yes, cleaning is simple. The machine features two removable, dishwasher-safe parts that come into contact with the dough. We recommend a quick wipe down of the internal front area after every use.
What is the warranty policy?
Every Rotimatic comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for additional peace of mind.
Do you offer a return policy?
We want you to love your Rotimatic. If you are not satisfied, you can return the device within 30 days of delivery, subject to our standard restocking fees and return shipping conditions.
