We want you to love your Rotimatic experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Our goal is to ensure your kitchen journey is seamless and stress-free from the very first flatbread.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your Rotimatic in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and power cables to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  • 3.
    Ship to Our Facility

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
